Review on Enhancing Electric Vehicle Performance and Sustainability through Advanced Motor Technology and Thermal Management

This paper examines thermal management systems that are essential for the optimal and dependable performance of electric vehicle (EV) motors, focusing on inverters, stators, and cooling plates. Inverters convert DC to AC, allowing for motor speed control and efficient power distribution. Stators generate a rotating magnetic field, producing the necessary torque, while cooling plates regulate temperatures by absorbing and releasing excess heat. These components work together to improve motor efficiency, prolong operational lifespan, and enhance energy conservation.
