This paper presents a portable photovoltaic (PV) system that utilizes innovative thin-film solar panels to improve energy access for decentralized communities without requiring a bulky mounting structure. The proposed system comprises a PV panel, a battery, and power conditioning circuitry, all within a compact form, capable of supplying DC power within this framework, but with the potential of conditioning for AC power if needed.
