Stress reduction through Music using ESP8266

This paper aims to reduce stress through music therapy using ESP8266 microcontroller. The system monitors physiological signals like skin conductance and heart rate to select calming music in real-time. Techniques such as rhythmic entrainment, guided relaxation music, and binaural beats are applied. Among these, rhythmic entrainment proved the most effective in promoting relaxation. This wearable, cost-effective solution offers personalized stress relief through music.
