Credit Evaluation of Electricity Trading Market under the New Electricity System Based on K-means EWM

This paper proposes a Credit Evaluation System for Electricity Trading based on the K-means and EWM models to address credit risk in electricity markets, particularly in distributed energy trading. It highlights issues in current evaluation systems that mainly target buyers and sellers, failing to adapt to the evolving roles of electricity users. The proposed evaluation system comprehensively considers all trading entities, employing a hybrid model approach to overcome limitations of existing methods. Using non-public data from the Fujian Provincial Power Grid, the model evaluates 100 enterprises and establishes a credit rating system. Lastly, policy implications for low-rated enterprises include support programs and financial aid.
