Analysis and Treatment of Frequent Pressure Failures in the AC Filter Field Circuit Breakers of UHV Converter Stations

The structure and working principle of the HMB-8 hydraulic disc spring mechanism are elaborated. An analysis and research have been conducted on the oil circuit system and sealing structure of the HMB-8 hydraulic disc spring mechanism. An in-depth analysis of different internal leakage fault phenomena has been carried out, and methods for fault point diagnosis and countermeasures have been proposed. The correctness and effectiveness of the internal leakage diagnosis method have been verified through the inspection and handling of two internal leakage faults in the HMB-8 operating mechanism.
