Research on the Application of Deep Learning Hierarchical Perception Technology in 3D Clothing Design

The main drawbacks of the previous tailor-made clothing method in the garment manufacturing industry are long production cycle, large measurement error and low output, which can no longer meet the needs of consumers for tailor-made large-scale clothing. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, computer graphics, and virtual reality technology, the trend of digital clothing technology is idle 3D. In this paper, deep learning hierarchical perception technology is used to design 3D clothing, establish human feature recognition and 3D clothing digital modeling, use deep learning neural network model to identify 3D human body shape features, judge feature lines according to the set threshold, and obtain feature points according to the identified feature lines to fit the human dimension curve, so as to measure human body size. Realize 3D clothing design. By applying deep learning hierarchical perception technology, it can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of clothing size, reduce measurement errors, and achieve mass production.
