Reinforcement Learning for Optimized Energy Management in Smart Grids

The implementation of smart grids has brought about a revolution in the operation of energy systems, hence paving the way for power distribution systems that are more efficient and environmentally friendly. The purpose of this investigation is to explore the operation of underlying literacy (RL) methods that optimize energy operation in smart grids. The purpose of the study is to develop adaptive strategies that minimize energy usage, improve grid performance, and strike a balance between demand and force in real-time. These strategies will be developed through the use of RL algorithms. Bluffing grid scripts and driving RL agents to learn and improve decision-making processes are both components of the methodology that has been offered. To determine whether or not the RL-based strategy is successful, it is necessary to quantify the effectiveness of relevant criteria such as energy efficiency, cost reduction, and trustworthiness. The results of the study indicate that the use of learning as a foundation considerably enhances the functional efficacy of smart grids, providing a robust solution to the issues that are associated with ultramodern energy systems. The purpose of this study is to shed light on the potential role that RL could play in attaining sustainable energy operation and to establish the foundation for future developments in smart grid technology.
