Implementation of a 16-bit Multiplier Leveraging the Kogge-Stone Adder With Memristor IMPLY Logic

This paper implementation of adder and multiplier using memristor-based IMPLY logic is discussed. The digital circuits such as, Carry Select Adder, Carry Conditioned Adder and Kogge-Stone Adder implemented using memristor-based IMPLY logic. Further, a 16-bit multiplier developed using a Kogge-Stone adder with memristor-based IMPLY logic. Finally Xilinx Vivado software is used to implement the work and verify the simulation results. The results demonstrate that memristor-based designs offer significant advantages in terms of area and power efficiency. Further, the integration of memristor-based IMPLY logic with the Kogge-Stone adder in the 16-bit multiplier design leads to notable reductions in area and power consumption.
