Neuro-Feedback VR : Real-Time Emotion Manipulation and Adaptive Environments for Enhanced Performance and Therapy

Integration of EEG and virtual reality technologies has opened up new paths for personalized mental health therapy. The present work is a neuro adaptive system, dynamically adjusting VR environments based on real-time EEG-detected emotional states. This study applies advanced EEG wave analysis and adaptive VR scenarios in order to improve therapeutic outcomes during daily sessions. Initial results have shown immense stress reduction, emotional regulation, and mental clarity. This is the new marriage of neuroscience with immersive technology that will revolutionize the mental health space with customized experiences growing with the state of mind of the user.
