Blockchain and Smart Contracts: Transforming Legal Transactions and Dispute Resolution

As global online trades grow, the problem of international dispute resolution (DR) and laws gets increasingly relevant. DR has become a popular way of addressing online disagreements, as they are rarely filed in open courtrooms. Blockchain innovations, including cryptocurrencies, have gained popularity due to their diverse uses. Blockchain technology can enable the decentralized implementation of smart contracts, eliminating the requirement for agents such as online stores, credit card firms, and judiciary. Employing a novel metaheuristic enhancement technique, this research created a deep learning (DL) framework that can be used to accurately identify illegal trades. DL is paired with Optimal Genetic Algorithm-based Cuckoo Searching (GA-CS), a novel optimizing technique to address the issues. In terms of limited characteristics, a thorough study was carried out to evaluate the efficacy and functioning of the proposed techniques in comparison to those of several well-known algorithms. This study also contrasted the operation measures of these methods to the recommended approach in identifying illegal trade on Ethereum. The proposed method and supper vector machine algorithms achieve the greatest accuracy, whereas DL with the current optimizing method surpasses the random forest method with a marginally larger efficiency of 99.8% vs 98.4%.
