Design and analysis of RF Power Amplifier using CMOS Technology

In contemporary communication systems, there’s a growing trend towards utilizing high-efficiency RF power amplifiers help to reduce the size and power consumption of batteries. Power amplifier of class F are enhanced efficiency compared to traditional models. They achieve this by effectively managing the RF device’s output terminals harmonic components of the voltage and current signals. This is facilitated by designing a suitable load network to present the correct harmonic impedance at the output of the RF power transistor. The focus of this work lies in implementing a power amplifier with great efficiency is customized for modern wireless communication systems. Given the escalating wireless data rates demands, achieving efficient power amplification is vital to meet performance standards while minimizing power usage and signal distortion. The proposed power amplifier architecture incorporates advanced techniques to maintain low noise levels for communication devices, ensuring data quality and precision are upheld.
