Enhancing Adaptability and Efficiency in Industrial Robotics: A Study on Intelligent Pallet Stacking Systems

Robotic arms have been indispensable tools in industry, not only improving the efficiency of production workflows but also continuously performing highly repetitive and high-load tasks. For humans, such work could cause irreversible mental and physical harm. However, many manufacturers face the challenge of systems being unable to quickly adapt to streamline changes when implementing robotic arm systems. Each product adjustment requires trained personnel to adjust the equipment, leading to failures in robotic arm system implementation. Therefore, this study has designed a set of software control rules for pallet stacking processes. Robotic arms can quickly adjust according to these rules to adapt to different product stacking needs and automatically calculate the optimal stacking method. Furthermore, this study has also designed a user-friendly interface, making system configuration simpler and more convenient, ultimately aiming to allow users to work in a happy and elegant environment.
