Research on Graph Neural Network Algorithm in Digital Construction

Based on graph neural network (GNN) and intelligent control algorithm, this paper designs an automatic control model for digital construction system. By introducing graph neural network, the complex relationship between building components is effectively expressed as a network structure, and then the intelligent control algorithm is used to achieve precise automatic control. The algorithm design of this system includes four main modules: data acquisition, model training, control instruction generation and feedback adjustment. The designed control algorithm is significantly better than the traditional method in terms of component transmission path optimization and accuracy and response speed during the construction process, which further verifies the advantages of intelligent control algorithm in digital construction. The model can achieve an accuracy rate of more than 90% and high real-time response capability under specific conditions. The research results provide an innovative method for the automatic control system in the field of digital construction, and look forward to the application potential in more complex building scenes in the future.
