An empirical study on the scaffolded teaching framework based on problem-solving ability training ——Take the computer network technology course as an example

The existing literature does not extensively explore the development of students' problem-solving skills in applied higher education schools. This paper proposes a teaching framework for cultivating students' problem-solving ability in higher applied education schools. Focusing on the field of applied higher education, problem-solving skills play an important role in the training of applied technicians. Will the proposed teaching framework based on the development of problem-solving skills improve the problem-solving ability of students in higher applied education schools? This study combines literature analysis, case analysis, classroom observation, etc., combined with the characteristics of computer network technology and the elements of problem-solving ability, and constructs a scaffolding teaching model for cultivating students' problem-solving ability. The experimental study combined with the questionnaire survey method verified the experimental effect from three aspects: problem-solving ability, academic performance and learning attitude. The results show that: Compared with the control class, the problem-solving skills of the students in the experimental class have improved significantly, and their academic performance is more outstanding. The students in the experimental class maintain a positive attitude towards using the Scaffolding teaching model based on problem-solving skills.
