A clinical study on the combination of Hebai formula granule wash and minoxidil tincture for external use in the treatment of androgenic alopecia

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of Hebai Formula Granule Lotion combined with Minodil Tincture for external use in the treatment of androgenic alopecia. Method: Sixty patients with androgenic alopecia admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with 5% minoxidil tincture, while the treatment group was treated with Hebai formula granule wash in addition to the control group. Compare the clinical efficacy, new hair score, and hair loss score between two groups before and after treatment. Result: The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); After treatment, the scores of new hair and hair loss in both groups significantly decreased, and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Hebai formula granule wash and minoxidil tincture for external use in the treatment of androgenic alopecia can significantly improve clinical efficacy, promote new hair growth, alleviate hair loss in patients, and improve quality of life.
