Observation of the Clinical Efficacy of Dingchuan Decoction in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

Objective: To study the clinical effectiveness of Dingchuan Tang in treating bronchial asthma. Method: Sixty patients with bronchial asthma were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to a random number table, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, while the treatment group received Dingchuan Tang treatment on the basis of the control group's treatment. Compare the clinical treatment effects, ACT scores, and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups after 2 weeks of intervention. Result: The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the ACT score and total score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in patients (P<0.05). Conclusion: Dingchuan Tang has good clinical efficacy in treating bronchial asthma and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
