Intelligent trajectory planning of excavator based on artificial intelligence strategy

Excavators are widely used in important national fields such as agricultural water conservancy, mining, road construction and disaster relief. With the maturity of computer control, information communication technology and artificial intelligence algorithm, the long-standing technical problems of excavators have been effectively solved. Due to the multi-purpose function of the excavator, it is inevitable that it will work in some dangerous working conditions, endangering personal safety. Therefore, this paper takes excavators, the king of construction machinery, to excavate gravel as an example, and takes the length and thrust of excavating oil cylinders as optimization parameters. By using technical means such as mechanical kinematics, dynamics and virtual simulation, this paper builds a scene model of excavating materials actually by excavators. The trajectory parameters of the excavator are optimized based on the global search capability of the artificial intelligence ant colony algorithm (the essence of optimization is to optimize the length and matching of the digging oil cylinder, so that the excavator's cylinder force is transmitted to the tip of the bucket tongue in the best way, so that it can exert the maximum digging force, excavate the gravel in the shortest time, and improve production efficiency). Through mathematical models and calculation methods, the algorithm automatically finds the best intelligent trajectory, realizes the maximization of excavator operation efficiency and the improvement of motion stability, thus realizes more accurate control and safer operation of excavator, and promotes the deep integration of artificial intelligence technology and physical manufacturing industry.
