Exploration of the Approaches to Teacher Ethics Education for Normal University Students: Taking Mathematics Normal University Students as an Example

Teacher morality, as an important aspect of teachers' quality, is one of the prerequisite conditions for new teachers to stand firmly on the teaching platform. Taking the issue of teacher morality cultivation for mathematics normal students as an example, this paper explores new approaches to teacher morality education for normal students from four aspects: training programs, professional courses, practical links, and evaluation systems. It is helpful to cultivate batches of outstanding teachers with noble teacher morality, strong professional ability, and deep educational sentiments, and contribute to the educational cause of our country.
