Developing A Tire Inner Surface Appearance Inspection System using A Good Learning Appearance Inspection AI

The study aims to develop an automated system for inspecting the inner surface of automobile tires. Current manual inspections are labor-intensive and prone to errors, especially in detecting inner surface defects. As a proposed method for tire abnormality detection, we propose an abnormality detection system using PatchCore[1]. Various methods are explored for comparative validation, including image preprocessing and score calculation.
