Bipartite Synchronization for Complex Dynamic Networks Via Impulsive Inputs with Packet Loss

This paper studies the synchronization for a class of delay-coupled dynamic networks composed of nodes with both cooperative and competitive relationships. For synchronous target, an impulsive controller with time-varying impulsive intensity is designed. In view of packet loss, the actual impulse sequence is denoted by conjunction of impulsive effect and packet loss rate. With help of Lyapunov stability theorem and the constructed comparison system, sufficient conditions for ensuring bipartite synchronization are derived. In addition, adverse impacts brought by coupling delays and packet loss are elaborately analyzed. Finally, a numerical simulation is given to show the effectiveness of the derived theorem.
