Database Construction of GIS-Based Hydropower Station Safety Monitoring Platform

In view of the huge and complex spatial data management and display needs in the safety monitoring management of hydropower stations, this paper combines GIS and visualization technology and puts forward the vector model, raster model and digital elevation model of the GIS spatial database of hydropower station according to the three-dimensional storage needs and characteristics of the hydropower station's monitoring instrument burial information, engineering structure spatial information, geomorphological stratum characteristic information and hydrological water resources information. Through the functional analysis of the dam safety monitoring information management system, the components of the GIS spatial database are determined, the associated structural relationship between the data is clarified, and the spatial storage, rapid query and three-dimensional display of hydroelectric power plant monitoring information is realized, which provides the database establishment basis and scheme for the three-dimensional digitized information platform of hydroelectric power plant safety.
