Extraction and Analysis of Substation Power Supply Load Characteristics Utilizing STFT

With the rapid development of the power industry, substations, as a core component of the power system, have a significant impact on the stable operation and economic benefits of the power system due to the load characteristics of their station power sources. This paper introduces the classification and composition of station power sources, and uses short-time Fourier transform to obtain their time-frequency characteristics for typical power sources in each category, providing a theoretical basis for fault identification of station power sources.
