Simulation Analysis of Vibration Characteristics of Loose Bolts in Transmission Pole Towers

The reliability of the transmission pole tower structure is closely related to the security of the power grid and the stability of power transmission, and the simulation study is carried out to further improve the accuracy of the vibration method to detect bolt loosening. Firstly, the principle of bolt loosening detection technology based on the vibration method is briefly introduced, and then a simple model of part of the structure of the pole tower is constructed. On this basis, the modal mode shape changes of bolt loosening and fastening at different excitation frequencies are studied, the optimal excitation frequency is determined, and the transient analysis is further carried out to study the characteristics of bolt loosening vibration displacement of the pole tower structure at the optimal excitation frequency, which provides support for the further study of the bolt loosening detection technology of transmission tower.
