Research on Collaborative Design Management of Hydropower, Pumped Storage Engineering Construction Projects

Addressing the current challenges and pain points in hydropower and pumped storage engineering design, such as the lack of compatibility among multi-specialty 3D model formats, inadequate 3D collaborative design management, and extensive 3D design data management, this paper proposes the concept of establishing a 3D collaborative design management platform. By integrating cross-platform design process data fusion, multi-professional design software data interaction, online verification of 3D design results, and other key collaborative design management technologies, it aims to create a highly collaborative and functionally complementary 3D design management environment and develop a series of supporting practical auxiliary tools. The platform facilitates the standardization, streamlining, and efficient management of the entire process encompassing project planning, task management, product design, quality control, and design handover. This comprehensively enhances the efficiency, quality, and management standards of 3D collaborative project design. The platform demonstrates significant practical application in projects and effectively meets the requirements for managing three-dimensional collaborative design in hydropower, pumped storage projects. It also holds valuable reference significance for collaborative design management in other large-scale engineering construction projects within the power industry.
