Leveraging Value Proposition Canvas for Civil Service Analytics Dashboard

Value proposition canvas is well known as business model approach to identify the customer needs and how to achieve the proposition benefit from the product or service for the customer. This approach also can be utilized and used in the development of information technology service to increase the success of implementation based on user-based service. The implementation of one ASN data within the scope of improving recommendations for policy formulation through data-driven policy making is a priority issue that must be carried out. This research purpose to develop business intelligence as part of data-driven policy making implementation in the context of talent management analysis. Value proposition canvas, data analytic approach are used to identify the requirement and developed the business intelligence. Data visualization of the business intelligence using Tableau tools. Research shows there are seven analytic dashboards required for the business intelligence, there are dashboard ratio of civil service to population, digital talent (basic and advanced), civil servant managerial, socio cultural and technical competence, job person match of managerial and socio cultural and forecasting vacant critical job position. The business intelligence implementation is embedded in the one data ASN portal.
