Application of AODV Protocol Based on Multi-Parameter Fusion Cost Function in Bluetooth Mesh Networking

This paper analyzes the defects of managed flooding and traditional AODV (Ad-hoc On-Demand Distance Vector, AODV) routing protocol in Bluetooth Mesh networking, and proposes an AODV routing protocol based on multi-parameter fusion cost function. This protocol uses the path cost function instead of the minimum hop count to select the best path. The function comprehensively considers the path hop count, node load, and node residual energy. Simulation results show that the improved protocol has significant effects in enhancing the data transmission rate and throughput of Bluetooth Mesh networks and reducing network overhead.
