Optimization Design of Magnetic Components in Miniaturized High-Voltage Power Supply

This article studied the core loss (iron loss), winding loss (copper loss), and operating frequency of magnetic components in miniaturized high-voltage power supplies. The design of magnetic components was optimized and analyzed mainly through theoretical derivation and simulation. A transformer with an output of 10kV power and 450W miniaturized high-voltage power supply was designed using PC95 material PQ40/40 magnetic core (the transformer outputs four power supplies simultaneously to the spiral line of the traveling wave tube and three step-down collection poles, with a spiral voltage of 10kV). The magnetic component design results meet the power supply requirements. The experimental results validated the theoretical analysis.
