Research on variable bias cross limiting combustion control system for the industrial boiler

The paper proposes a variable bias dual cross-limit combustion control strategy to address low combustion efficiency and environmental pollution issues in shell-type industrial coal powder boilers. This strategy aims to improve combustion efficiency and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction by optimizing the fuel and air ratio during the combustion process. This study elucidates the working mechanism of industrial boiler combustion and explains the critical links in the combustion control process. Through the in-depth analysis of the variable bias dual cross-limit control principle, the paper clarifies how to achieve optimal combustion conditions by intelligently adjusting the fuel and air supply under different load conditions. The experimental results demonstrate that the enhanced control method can effectively manage load fluctuations while maintaining combustion efficiency and ensuring optimal oxygen content in flue gas. This method avoids oxygen deficiency or peroxide combustion phenomena. The results prove the practicality and environmental value of the proposed control strategy.
