Stress Sensitivity Analysis of Grating Encoders Based on Accelerated Degradation Test

To obtain the effect of temperature, humidity and vibration on the life of grating encoder. This paper proposes a stress sensitivity analysis method for grating encoder based on accelerated degradation test. Firstly, the method of constructing the three-stress accelerated degradation test bench of the grating encoder is given, which realizes the loading and control of temperature, humidity and vibration and the collection of performance degradation data. Secondly, the stress sensitivity analysis method of grating encoder is proposed based on the accelerated degradation model. Based on the rated working conditions, the sensitivity analysis of the three accelerated stresses is carried out, and the relationship between the change of stress level and the lifetime is obtained. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a case study.
