Design and Implementation of an STM32f103c8 controlled DC-DC converter for mobile charging Applications

This paper presents the design and implementation of a buck converter for efficient charging of mobile phones within a solar energy system. The proposed converter utilizes a STM32F103C8 microcontroller for precise control and regulation of output voltage and current. A thorough analysis of the system’s operational principles is provided, detailing how the converter steps down the input voltage from a battery to the appropriate charging voltage for mobile devices. Various testing methodologies were employed to evaluate the converter's performance under different load conditions, confirming its efficiency and stability. Results indicate that the converter successfully meets the requirements for reliable mobile phone charging, demonstrating its potential for integration into renewable energy applications.
