Research on the Power Supply Configuration of New-Generation Power System Based on Full-Time Electric Power and Energy Balance Process

The analysis of power supply configuration is of great significance to improve new energy accommodation rate of new-generation power system. Prior studies on comprehensive analysis of power system indicators for the joint operation of various power generation sources are relatively scarce. In this paper, the characteristic parameters of power load operation in each province of China in 2019 were collected and generalized into the power load process for each period, the power production simulation model based on the whole period load process was constructed, and the power load, power quantity and power installation capacity were configured, the sensitivity schemes of various power loads and installed structures were simulated, the consumption level of new energy, safety and economy of power system were analyzed under each sensitivity scheme, the power supply configuration scheme conducive to the consumption of new energy was explored. The results showed that the combination of thermal power and pumped storage in the power system was better than that of thermal power, the complementarity of wind and solar power should be given full play, and the proportion of installed capacity of single power generation equipment of wind or solar power should not be too high. When the maximum load demand of the power system: thermal and storage power supply capacity: the allocation ratio of new energy scale was 2:1:4, the operation index and economy of the power system were better, and the proportion of clean energy reached more than 70%. When the proportion of wind and solar power installed capacity in the power system was too high, the proportion of pumped storage installed capacity should be more, which effectively improve the operating efficiency of the power system.
