Multi-Motor Coordinated Control System of Outer Rotor Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

In this paper, an improved multi-motor relative coupling control system is proposed, which solves the problems of poor performance of PID controller, asynchronous speed and poor stability of multi-motor in permanent magnet drive system of belt conveyor. Active disturbance rejection controller is used to optimize the algorithm. Then combined with fuzzy PID control technology, the traditional relative coupling control structure is improved. The simulation results show that the improved system is superior to the traditional method in anti-interference ability, control precision and synchronization, which is helpful to the smooth and efficient operation of the belt conveyor.
