Study on the Design Optimization of Cast-Resin Transformer Using Permutation with Repetition and Python's Scipy Method

This study was conducted on how to optimize the basic design of a cast resin transformer using the scipy method of Python and the permutation with repetition method. All possible design arrays are generated, and the optimized core and winding design variable arrays that satisfy the required values are derived. The core cross-sectional area of the derived results is optimized by applying the scipy minimize method. Verification was performed by comparing with approximately 223 existing designs.
