Abstract:
With the rapid advancement of Industry 4.0, 5G technology is demonstrating tremendous potential in smart manufacturing. This study aims to explore the technological architecture and implementation methods for AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) self-organizing networks in a 5G environment. We have designed a system architecture that leverages 5G's high bandwidth, low latency, and wide coverage based on a thorough analysis of AGV self-organizing network demands. The research focuses on network topology optimization, data synchronization and consistency, data security and privacy protection, as well as real-time data processing and decision-making. Detailed discussions on these critical technologies and validation of practical cases show that 5G-based AGV self-organizing networks significantly outperform traditional methods in communication efficiency, data management, and system intelligence. This provides a solid technological foundation for the efficient operation of smart factories.
