Predicting the Unpredictable: A Paradigm Shift in Random Sequence Analysis

The generation and analysis of high-quality random se-quences are essential in fields such as cryptography, sim-ulations, and machine learning. This paper introduces the Randomoner coefficient (rc), a novel metric designed to quantify and predict inherent properties of randomness within sequences. Unlike traditional randomness metrics, rc reveals that predictable elements can exist in random sequences, regardless of their generation method. We present a formal mathematical framework for the Randomoner coefficient, proving its boundedness within the range (0,3) for non-constant sequences, and establish its invariance under linear transformations. Through an exten-sive empirical study involving nearly 50,000 sequences, we validate the robustness and universal applicability of rc. Additionally, we demonstrate that the Randomoner coef-ficient can be computed with O (n) time and O(1) space complexity, making it suitable for practical applications in enhancing cryptographic systems and improving machine learning algorithms. The Randomoner coefficient offers a new perspective on randomness analysis, providing a computationally efficient and theoretically grounded tool that opens avenues for future research and application across various scientific domains.
