Research and Application of Power Grid Material Classification Method Based on Optimized Kraljic Model

Effective power grid material classification is crucial for enhancing the supply chain management capabilities of State Grid Corporation of China and facilitating the coordination, integration, and synchronization of its enterprise supply chain system. To achieve accurate and efficient supplier classification that enables the rapid application of classification results for refined supplier management, this project has developed a three-tier supplier classification model tailored for State Grid. Building on the existing material category classification derived from material master data, the three-tier nested model further classifies suppliers within a specific range using funnel theory. Additionally, a data processing program is established based on the research model, and data validation is conducted, promoting the continuous improvement of the intelligence level in supplier management.
