Intelligent Settlement for Transmission and Distribution Projects Based on the BMH Algorithm: A New Approach to Data Integration throughout the Entire Settlement Process

After power market deregulation, the power transmission and transformation settlement field faces unprecedented data volumes, which challenge traditional settlement methods. This paper explores integrating string algorithms into intelligent settlement processes. It first examines the complexities of grid settlement frameworks, then clarifies the theoretical foundations and operational mechanisms of string algorithms. Finally, it proposes using the Boyer-Moore-Holt Algorithm (BMH) for comprehensive data integration and streamlined grid settlement audits.
