Optimized Design of EMI Filter Based on Electric Vehicle Charging Station Power Module

Compared with traditional fuel vehicles, the electromagnetic environment inside electric vehicles is intricate, and there are more severe EMI problems. In this article, a EMI filter design for the input terminal and output terminal of charging station power converter is proposed. Based on the working principles of the first stage three-phase Vienna Power Factor Correction AC-DC converter and the second stage LLC series/parallel resonant converter, a simulation model of the charging station power module is constructed, and the filtering effect of the EMI filter is verified through MATLAB simulation. Through experiments, this article confirms the reliability and performance of the EMI filter.
