Research and Analysis of the Influence of Wiring Structure on Radiation in Electric Drive System

With the development of new energy vehicles, the power electronic conversion device in the power size and component density are far more than traditional vehicles, compared with the transmission of fuel vehicles, to face more complex electromagnetic compatibility problems. As one of the key systems of new energy vehicles, the electromagnetic compatibility performance of the electric drive system is not only related to its own working reliability, but also affects the safe operation ability and working reliability of the vehicle. The electric drive system is a complex system, and its wiring harness structure is extremely complex, including high-voltage wiring harness and low-voltage wiring harness. The structure of the wiring harness will affect the performance of the vehicle. Therefore, the study of the influence of the wiring harness structure of the electric drive system on radiation, from the change of the length of the high and low voltage wiring harness and the shielding, the radiation interference of the electric drive system with different wiring harness length and shielding performance is tested and data analysis. The test results show that the length of the wiring harness and the shielding have a greater impact on the radiation interference of the system.
