Design and development of a blood sample preparation instrument

Manual involvement in blood sample preprocessing can lead to various human errors and random contamination. The blood sample preparation instrument adopts an automated approach to preprocess blood samples, completing the aliquoting of blood samples and the dispensing of reagents. This article discusses a blood sample preparation instrument Sanguinary Arrange Gear(SAG) based on a distributed design, introducing its overall structural design and logical design, and detailing the motor control module, process control module, and database module. Experimental results indicate that the blood sample preparation instrument based on a distributed design exhibits good reliability and can effectively achieve the preparatory processing of blood samples.
