An Algorithm for Image Encryption Combining the Lorenz System, XOR Operation, and Inverted Bit Permutation

This paper proposes a new image encoding algorithm that integrates inverted bit permutation with the chaotic behavior of a hybrid Lorenz chaotic system and XOR operation. The method capitalizes on the inherent of the three-dimensional Lorenz system to produce a highly unpredictable key employed to improve both the encryption process’s security and efficiency. This approach offers various advantages: the high resistance to cryptographic attacks, scalability, and use for different image types. The experimental finding confirm the performance and dependability of the suggested encryption technique and prove to be an effective procedure for secure image transmission and storage.
