Research on Innovative Design of Body Monitoring and Prediction Systems Based on MEMS Technology

With the diversity of health management needs, existing monitoring systems fall short in real-time capabilities, portability, and predictive power. This study, grounded in Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) technology, presents an innovative body monitoring and prediction system that integrates high-precision, low-power sensors for real-time collection and analysis of multidimensional physiological data. The system develops a dynamic health assessment and risk prediction model, capable of precisely supporting exercise injury prevention, chronic disease monitoring, and everyday health management. Testing demonstrates superior performance in monitoring accuracy, response speed, and user satisfaction, providing both theoretical and practical support for personalized health management and disease.
