Design and Application of Budget Resource Allocation Optimization Model Under Multi-Objective Constraints

This study is dedicated to building and implementing a model for optimizing the allocation of budget resources under multiple objective constraints, aiming to improve resource utilization efficiency and maximize cost-effectiveness. Scientifically optimizing resource allocation involves defining a series of decision variables, setting necessary constraints, and constructing an objective function with weights. In a high-tech enterprise, a case analysis reveals how the model adapts to environmental changes through dynamic adjustments. The study shows that after the model is applied, the budget has been effectively reduced, the cost savings rate has been significantly improved, and the expected and actual benefits of the project have also achieved considerable growth. The study shows that the use of this model can significantly improve the resource utilization efficiency of enterprises in the market, thereby enhancing their economic benefits and market competitiveness.
