Research on multiple loading method for cigarette boxes loading machine

In tobacco industry, using robots to replace manual loading operations has become a focused issue. Varieties of loading machines in research can only implement simple loading methods, which are difficult to meet the actual needs in tobacco industry. In response to the above problems, a cigarette boxes loading machine using two articulated robots as robotic arms was developed. Through the design, development, experimental research and loading tests, the loading machine, can realize multiple loading method and mixed loading method of cigarette boxes of various specifications. This research has significantly improved the dexterity and flexibility of the cigarette boxes loading machine, which can meet the technical requirements for loading machine in tobacco industry.
