Abstract:
Based on the demand for engine cylinder cover Mixed production of multiple products renovation of an automotive engine manufacturer, this study identifies key technology points to be broken through beat analysis, integrates and improves traditional mechanized sorting and transfer methods, robot sorting and palletizing methods, and AGV transfer methods, and plans a solution based on accumulation and sorting in a narrow space and long-distance transfer. The establishment of the stacking area provides the opportunity for time-sharing between the front and rear sections, realizing energy savings and reduced labor intensity. The implementation process of the solution also utilized the machine vision system required for workpiece recognition to achieve gripping guidance and improve the classic program structure of robot depalletizing work, enhancing the stability of gripping and depalletizing; Finally, based on the network equipments of small production line achieves the collection of key operating data of key equipment, providing a low-cost equipment data collection solution and lays a solid foundation for predictive maintenance of equipment.
