Backdoor Exploitation Using Social Engineering and Gephi

This paper explores the integration of Gephi, an open-source network analysis and visualization tool, to identify and analyze the sources and vectors of cyber attacks, particularly phishing. By visualizing network relationships and attack flows, Gephi enables security professionals to trace malicious activities to their origin. The study further investigates the creation of phishing attacks using Python scripting and the Kali Linux platform to simulate realistic phishing scenarios. This paper demonstrates how Gephi helps trace attack vectors, and how phishing links, crafted and deployed using Python and Kali, can be utilized in offensive cybersecurity strategies against anti-social elements. Ethical considerations are discussed to ensure proper use of these techniques for educational and security purposes only.
