Artificial Intelligence-Enabled Protein-Protein Interaction Prediction: Insights into Cellular Signalling Networks

Investigating the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to predict protein-protein interactions (PPIs) and gain an understanding of biological signaling networks is the aim of this study. PPIs play a critical role in the activities that take place inside cells, and understanding these relationships is essential to understanding the complex signaling pathways that take place inside cells. Artificial intelligence techniques such as machine literacy and deep literacy offer useful tools for PPI prediction based on visually appealing attributes similar to the sequencing, structure, and functional characteristics of proteins. Artificial intelligence-enabled PPI vaticination models can directly identify implicit protein correlations and unearth dormant links inside biological signaling networks. Large-scale datasets and sophisticated algorithms are used to achieve this. The development of proven drugs, the modeling of complaints, and the identification of new medications are all significantly impacted by the perceptivity obtained through the use of artificial intelligence to enable PPI vaticination. This makes way for innovative corrective measures and advancements in medical care. This study aims to demonstrate the effectiveness and range of artificial intelligence in deciphering the intricate interplay between proteins in cellular signaling networks. Confirmation experiments and example studies are used to achieve this.
