Leveraging Amazon Web Services IoT for Predictive Maintenance

Predictive maintenance (PdM) is a condition based maintenance strategy that leverages real-time data from sensors and machine learning algorithms to identify potential equipment failures before they occur. This approach enables proactive maintenance scheduling, reducing unplanned downtime and extending equipment lifespan. The Internet of Things (IoT) plays a crucial role in PdM by providing real-time data on equipment performance and health.
