Streamlining Intelligence Design and Fabrication of Artificial Intelligence Based Robotic PVC Pipe Cutting Machine

The traditional power hacksaw machine is going to be automated in order to attain a higher level of work-piece productivity than the power cutting machine. This is the goal of this endeavour. The number of pieces that need to be cut and the length of each piece that needs to be cut are both inputs that are provided to the automated machine. With the assistance of a battery, the inputs are provided and received. It is not necessary for the operator to take measurements of the length of the work-piece that is going to be cut, nor is it necessary for the operator to load and unload the work-piece from the chuck each time after a piece has been cut. Until the specified numbers of work pieces have been cut, the machine will automatically feed the specified length of the work piece into a chuck and begin cutting for the specified amount of time. a device that is powered by a direct current (DC) motor and an infrared (IR) sensor assures that the feeding will cease once the length that was defined has been achieved. The reciprocating motion that is necessary for cutting the work parts must be brought about. The reciprocating mechanism is equipped with an electromagnetic self-weight that is attached to it. This self-weight is responsible for providing the necessary downward force that is required for the hacksaw blade to penetrate the work-piece. When it comes to cutting any form of product, even circular, the machine that we created and fabricated is available for usage. It is possible to switch out the cutting tool in accordance with the kind of material that has to be cut. Details of the pipe are provided by this project. It is possible to find widespread applications for this equipment in virtually every industry. One of the most important aspects of every industry is the process of cutting pipes. Hand-operated cutting machines are typically used in middle and small-scale companies. These machines are typically controlled manually. Within the context of the current world, automation is unavoidable. Any machine that is designed to make efficient use of both human labour and material resources is considered an automated machine. The pipe cutting machine is powered by a motor in order to function properly. Pipe cutting of both small and big sizes was utilized in our project, and adjustments were made to a variety of pipe types.
