The Construction of Prognosis-Prediction Model of Acute Myeloid Leukemia Based on NF-KB Signaling Pathway

Acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) is a haematological malignancy characterized by uncontrolled growth of abnormal myeloid cells. The NF-κB signaling pathway is crucial for regulating inflammation, immune responses, and metabolic processes, yet there are few studies using bioinformatics to explore the association between NF-κB signature genes (referred to as GsigNF-κB) and AML. This study aims to dissect the predictive capability of GsigNF-κB on AML by categorizing AML patients based on GsigNF-κB characteristics, developing a prognostic model, and establishing a corresponding risk score.
